A major manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products and materials for the Recreational Vehicle (RV), Manufactured Housing, Marine, and various other Industrial markets.

Patrick Industries, Inc. was founded in 1959 and is a major manufacturer of building products and materials for the Recreational Vehicle and Manufactured Housing Industries. The Company also supplies many of its products to certain Industrial markets that include customers in the kitchen cabinet, office and household furniture, fixtures and commercial furnishings, marine, and other industrial markets. Patrick’s major manufactured products include decorative vinyl and paper laminated panels, solid surface, granite and quartz countertops, fabricated aluminum products, wrapped vinyl, paper and hardwood profile mouldings, slide-out trim and fascia, cabinet doors and components, hardwood furniture, fiberglass bath fixtures, fiberglass and plastic component products including front and rear caps and marine helms, softwoods lumber, interior passage doors, RV painting, simulated wood and stone products, and slotwall panels and components.

In addition, Patrick Industries is an independent wholesale distributor supplying pre-finished wall and ceiling panels, drywall and drywall finishing products, electronics and audio systems components, wiring, electrical and plumbing products, cement siding, raw and processed lumber, fiber-reinforced polyester products, interior passage doors, roofing products, laminate and ceramic flooring, shower doors, furniture, fireplaces and surrounds, interior and exterior lighting products, and other miscellaneous products.

Patrick operates over 60 manufacturing and distribution facilities located nationwide in 16 states.

    Founded in Elkhart, Indiana

    Company Incorporates

  • 1963

    First expansion into a new distribution warehouse in Georgia

  • 1968

    Company renamed Patrick Industries, Inc. and goes public.


    Opens facilities in Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.

    Acquires Midwest Laminated Products and Mobilcraft

  • 1971

    Listed on NASDAQ stock exchange under the trading symbol PATK

  • 1973

    Acquires Nickell Enterprises

  • 1972

    Starts Custom Vinyls Laminating Division

  • 1995

    Purchases US Door in Phoenix, Arizona

  • 1980

    Acquires ILC Products Company, Inc. and its Conroth Distribution division

    Opens Woodburn, Oregon facility, a custom vinyls and distribution center

    Acquires WoodTek Industries, a supplier of doors to the RV and Manufactured Housing industry

    Acquires Lanmark Distribution, a Northern California warehouse Distribution Center

    Paul Hassler elected as President and CEO

    Paul Hassler appointed as Chairman of the Board


    Todd Cleveland appointed as President and COO

    Acquires Phoenix, AZ based American Hardwoods


    Acquires Elkhart, IN based Adorn Holdings, Inc., largest acquisition to date

    Paul Hassler retires as CEO, Todd Cleveland appointed as CEO


    Adds Electronics to its product mix

    Completes the sales of American Hardwoods and the aluminum extrusion operation (Patrick Metals)

    Acquires Quality Hardwoods Sales and Blazon International Group


    Employee base grows to approximately 700 team members

    Acquires The Praxis Group, A.I.A. Countertops, and Infinity Graphics

    Launches Decorative Dynamics
